Sweetpotato Chia Pudding

- 1 cup cooked and mashed North Carolina sweetpotato
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2-4 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch salt

Directions
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to thicken for 20 minutes, adding more milk if desired. Spoon into jars, then top with yoghurt and berries and enjoy!
