  • 1 cup cooked and mashed North Carolina sweetpotato
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2-4 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to thicken for 20 minutes, adding more milk if desired. Spoon into jars, then top with yoghurt and berries and enjoy!
