- Halloween cutters
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 3 sweetpotatoes

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Step 2
Grease three large baking sheets with two tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 3
Peel and slice the sweetpotatoes lengthwise into 3mm slices and use your Halloween cutters to cut out the eyes and mouth for each slice.
Step 4
Place the slices onto the greased baking sheet in a single layer, rubbing them gently into the oil, then turn them over.
Step 5
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and bake for 30 minutes, or until tender, and serve.
