- 4 large sweetpotatoes
- 2 large sweetpotatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- ½ tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder

- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Step 2
Cut the sweetpotatoes into 3-5 mm thick fan-like slices leaving some space along the flat edge at the bottom. Then, in a mixing bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Cook the sweetpotatoes for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Open the air fryer and apply the seasoning mixture with a brush in-between the slices and on the top of the sweetpotatoes.
Step 5
Cook in the air fryer for an additional 20 minutes and serve.
